MPC2k LCD replacement instructions

Hi-
Got a replacement LCD for my MPC2k (not XL). I was planning on doing the installation myself. Wondering if anyone had any suggestions or instructions on the quickest, easiest way to do this?

sorry, i dont have any suggestions, but i need to get mine replaced as well.. where did you get yours and how much was it??

is it the lcd or is it the backlight? if it is dim, it's the backlight, if it has lines or weird characters, it'd the lcd.

i needs the backlight
