Any one got tips on learning to play, I got some books, even a cd training kit. But I don't really want to learn to read music. It's more like I want to play better for when I'm making music. I guess by ear. Any tips please.

Peace

Look into Music Theory that would probably be more of a help.

i usually jus play, but i learned the basic chords and that's about it, it helped a lot, jus to know what the notes are, then go from there, you already got the book, jus learn the basic notes and the basic chords, then play whatyou think sounds good

I tried reading about it, looking on the net and everything. Just take some pianolessons. You'll feel stupid the first few lessons, but you'l thank me later.
