Midi hook up Miniak - MPC 1000

Hello im trying to hook up my miniak to the mpc that i can play some synth sounds into my programm.

but i dont get any connection.

Are you trying to record the audio from your miniak into your MPC or midi note data? They are two totally different set up scenarios.

scenario :

i make a beat with my mpc from the mpc inside loaded drum kits and then i want to add one or two tracks into the programm in wich i play some cool synthesizer tunes from my akai miniak.

This video looks totally different than the last video you posted. If you just want to jam on top of your beats on your mpc, connect the audio outs of your miniak, to the audio inputs of your mpc. You can record the input on your mpc to a sample, assign the sample to a program and then record it along with the rest of your tracks.

You should definitely pick up the beat making book on this site. Link is at the top of the screen...

the "miniak" is the same exact keyboard as the alesis micron... this thread here will tell you everything you need to know about hooking that keyboard up to the MPC1000:
