They're more excited about Alicia Keys using the 5000 with pink pads, according to what I saw today...

This comes across as you allowing an unfounded rumour to continue in order make it appear you actually continue to support your products after they are launched. Everyone knows a 5000 update is not in the works. Why not just admit it?
Sometimes I still laugh out loud about the beat kangz and that time some English dude hacked the Akai marketing website and stole a bunch of pictures of the Ren before it was released.

I'm fighting to get it to be worked on. The MPC5000 is my baby, and I want to see it updated. when I have more, I'll post it. take that however you like.
