Boot emergency mode... HELP!

Tried installing JJ OS (the free one) on my MPC 1000.
Everything worked fine, and when I was prompted to restart I did just that, but now with "Boot emergency mode", and then nothing. It won't start...

I don't have a CF card reader in my computer... What can I do?

Ok, bought a card reader... everything is ok now. Although, don't feel like JJ OS is worth it if it's this unstable?
