[Req] Return STEP functionality in GRID to pre JJOSXL v3.04

Please return the STEP button functionality back to how it used to work in GRID; where your cursor didn't have to be on the same horizontal as the NEXT event in order to step to it.

JJ changed this with MPC2500 OS-XL Ver3.04 11-OCT-2011 and it's been driving me nuts ever since!

Please change it back.
