MPD 24 has a mind of its own

like the title says, my mpd 24 decides to make various changes in reason while plugged in. for example: among other things, while i'm in dr. rex, my mpd starts to change amp env attack, release, filter env release, etc... while i'm not even touching the mpd. sometimes it's going up and down or just all the way up or down or just moving sporadically. any ideas?

Have you tried pulling up the same Dr. Rex plug in, without the MPD being connected?
Or have you tried using another midi controller and seeing if it still does the something? Strange indeed.

i have tried pulling up dr. rex without the mpd, it is completely normal.

i think it just might be a faulty controller. i just recently remembered purchasing it as refurbished some time ago. is there anything i can do?

Yeah you know when they usually refurbish electronics they usually don't fix it to 100% just enough for it to work. I honestly don't know what can be wrong with it, you sure you didn't spill any water or anything on it? Does it only do this with the Dr.Rex plug in or all the other plug ins?

You might just want to buy a new one the MPD24 are pretty cheap now a days and you can find one for a good price.
