Sweetwater just called...

Just got am email from Sweetwater. They do not have a firm date. They are guessing late June, early July.

And in Japan, my dealers here are on point. When they are available, they will give firm dates.

Ehhh they may be a little off even Akai Pro Japan doesn't know. It is all being planned in stateside, so who knows?

Hey guys I got confirmation from my sweetwater sales rep that the release date for the Ren given by Akai is June 18th provided Akai does not push the date back. Some people may have different dates due to the day they pre-ordered it. Great news can't wait.

i just called sweet water and they said june 18th BUT,They also said Akai is notoriously late! meaning u might wanna add a extra month to that.Who knows, i hope its june 18th cause i got my money for the REN right now.

I hope so..but we will see

Can't be a little off if they haven't given any date.

The MPC Ren will be released when its ready. From a very good source, I highly doubt it will be shipping in June. I am excited the product will be out no later than the end of Summer which was always the projection. If it comes sooner....good deal.
