Hi,

I want to know if it's possible to launch a sound when when I stop to press a pad.
Because otherwise the sound of a piano sample played quickly is not natural at all.

I'd like to launch a "release" sound at the end of each notes.

But I don't think it's possible with MPC (1000), it's not really made for that !
It would be so great! :P

Otherwise, anyone knows a sampler which can do that ?

Thanks a lot (and excuse me for my langage, I'm French).
Take care

Yes, that's what I do.
This is really better with reverb but if you play shorts notes, it can sound like a harpsichord !

It's not possible to trigger a sound when we stop to press a pad ?

(Another stuff can do that, like an expander ?)

Thanks

change the release settings of your amp envelope. Simple.
use a long piano sample and then shorten it with amp envelope and change it as needed. I can not remember if release can be assigned to Q-Link slider in akai OS, but in JJOSXL you can change sample end point or decay in real time.
