cf card saving?

hello, can someone please tell me how can i save a beat i made on the mpc 1000 to the cf card so i can load it up on my computer?

When your done with your beat leave the sequence open, hit mode record, set to "main output", hit record, hit play start(play your sequence). When the sequence is finished, save as a new sample. Connect to the computer via usb, drag the file from the MPC to your desktop or another location.
