Getting pads to play in chromatic order

Does anyone know how to get Reason sounds to play in chromatic order on the pads?
The notes are all discombobulated.

Change the notes assigned to the pads....I think there should be instructions on this in your manual.

Thanks. Downloaded the manual online. Thought program had to be set to OFF to use midi.

start with your ram completely free
mode>program>F4 note>
change note number on pads A01-D16 numbered 35 - 98. on screen youll see each note/octave that your DAW will read i.e. 35(B 0), 36(C 1), 37(C# 1), 38(D 1) etc.... this takes a while to do but its worth it because you can save that .PGM as a template/Go-to program for chromatic plug-ins. it will just save the program data, no sounds. keep in mind drum presets might be waaaay different so to avoid having your drums spread all over the pads change your notes accordingly for drum plugs.

Usually use a keyboard for bass and synth. Makes life easier. Mums knows what I'm talking about. Thanks.

damn thats some shit i slept on. i just went back to my manual and its totally not in there! prob since i switched up JJOS. good looking out crossings. MAD TIME SAVER

yeah, this is probably a JJOS only thing... i still use JJOS1 myself and i don't think the AKAI OS even has the mode+pad11 screen... 'cause i don't remember ever having the "WHOLE" feature in the AKAI OS in order to edit multiple pads at once.

JJOS2 and XL make it even easier with the Instrument feature... but i hope 4thDimension is using JJOS... if not, at least this info will be useful for others out there.
