right now you can go to the PAD MODE ASSIGN LIST and press reset to have the MPC automatically set the note range of the pads to 36-99.

The ability to specify the note of pad A01 according to which the MPC will reset the pad note numbers, so e.g. you set pad A01 to 10, the MPC will reset the pad assignments to 10-73.
