Why does he talk all this hype about the ren being the ultimate music making machine when he doesn't even make any tracks, has never participated in a battle here, etc, and yet acts like he knows what's best for beat makers out there. Beware of false prophets, fellow forum members... This dude doesn't even practice what he preaches. And oh man does he preach...
Which tool is best for beat makers is left up to individual preferences (owning any model gives you a beast) . What I discuss here is the pros and cons of using these specific tools....and I make it clear which tools I prefer. Sometimes, forum members take something of value from what I write....other times...not so much (which I acknowledge that you obviously don't).
But this extra stuff really is not relevant to the MPC Ren vs 2500 running the JJ OS. (note that the 2500 is one of my favorite MPCs). Stop being so jealous all the time. Save up your money like the rest of us and buy whatever you want and do whatever you want with it.

Until you get your passport, fly to Tokyo, and visit my place (that will cost you more than the MPC Ren)...you don't know anything about me or what I do. Conitnue to speculate as it is very entertaining. Right now...I feel like ordering a Jupiter and Tempest to add to my studio...and never plug them in....and send you the pics to give you something more to talk about
