JJos for MPC2500

Hay.
I'm looking to install the JJos for my mpc2500.
I'm just a bit confused by the web page...

I'm running a PC 64.
Do I have to install the 'Free 3.10' version, and then pay to unlock that to become the full version for PC?
Or
is the OS-XL the full paid version I'm after? if so how to I find the correct version for PC install? as its a mac .bin file on the website????

A little help?
I know the files are up the top of the page... which one is the full version for pc install?
