Reason and Mpc Timing Issue

Am using my MPC 4000 as a sequencer and reason 5 as sound module.I have everything hooked up correct my mpc is triggering reason sounds.My only issue is timing am not sure if it has something it do with the mpc or reason.But when ever I go to rec a seq using the kong drum or any other bank, nothing is on beat when I play it back nor is it looping correctly.I thought it was me until I cut reason off and just used the mpc with my own samples and BOOM everything was on beat and timed right......What could be the problem??!!!
