Snare (track) recording

How can I record snare (full track) with silence on start of bar for arrange in PC?
I try play/start and record in same time, but it was a little earlier or later...
Is the other way how can I record tracks without recording in MAIN OUT?

turn on 1bar count-in (metronome) for play so when you record to your daw you can align the track based on the first click and then just delete the 1st bar.

that's how easy it is ...
Maybe I should start trackin out to DAW seperatley..
Till now All I do is record in stereo

You should work out how to nudge your sounds around in your DAW. Sometimes just a few milliseconds earlier or later can make a big difference, and most MPCs don't give you that level of control.
