yeah i've seen no implication that the large screen os3 will be any less functional than the small screen os3. historically jj has only supported one os at a time (across 2 machines, even) so i would assume he'll be doing pretty much the same.

in my case i'll be using smallscreen OS3 on my portable MPC and os128xl on my studio MPC. i have very little doubt that these projects will be fully compatible with one another. i think the confusion here comes from the naming convention. it might be wise to call it OS3 across the board: os3 64 and os3 128.

Finished up a white/black prototype both pics are the same LCD. Here it is normal (white with black lettering) and inverted version (black white lettering) Unfortunately, on white background it is black lettering but the way LCD technology is there is no way for it to be PURE black so its almost a dark greyish navy blue (if that makes any sense) but I still prefer it over blue

Did you give an inversion test to the Blk LCD to see how it would look reversed?

yeah, the naming convention is super confusing to me and i've been following JJ OS for a long time. imagine how a newbie must feel.

the free os should just be called "OS.FREE"

when you start throwing '64' or '128' in there, those numbers don't mean anything to most people, so they get confused with version numbers which is where the problems start.

i dont know.. this is getting too confusing with this free hand-out jjos and then a paid one after i pay for the screen and have already paid for my original jjos2xl.. i think i might just stick with what i have as not to confuse myself too bad

I like the idea but I think I'll hold out on the first run so I can get the amber on black later. Seems like there's enough interest anyway.

Unfortunately, we dont call these shots...that is on JJ.

Video will be released before preorder - as the video will be shown in the page with the preorders. So no gun jumping here.

i think i'm mostly excited for a fullscreen PONG game.

yeah i was gonna say something about the amber colour to. But of course, I prefer the opposite black on amber
