Converting old .snd files on Mac

I am trying to get a bunch of old .snd files from zip disks converted into a format I can use on my Mac. Been looking everywhere but only finding programs for Windows. Anyone know of a converter for Mac? Any help would be much appreciated!

I would just use old PC app on virtual PC app, like VMware Fusion. I never mount CF card from my MPC-2000XL on Mac OS X, because Mac OS X would create a lot of invisible files and folder as soon as mounted (those system files are no good with MPC-2000XL.)
I use mac, but for this, I'd use with Windows.
