please....any one who uses mpc, m-box, pro tools and a mac

i'm basically trying to record my finished tracks from the mpc into pro tools on a g4 mac.
So basically it has to be done through an m-box, can any one help me out with the set up?, as i can get the sound into the m-box but not through into pro tools...

I think i'm just a bit overwhelmed with the technology, ... i know technology should be my freind ... but it just isn't.

so anyone who uses the same equipment if you could lend some advice it would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

ok so first of all load up protools and asuming u havent screwed with the settings the mbox should be setup fine, if not its in the getting started booklet that comes with.
so create a new stereo audio track [APPLE]+[SHIFT]+[N], then along the side where all the settings for that track are, click the Rec button to arm the track, go to the transport bar press the record button there, plug your mpc outs to inputs 1 and 2 on the mbox(maybe do this first actually), press play and you are now recording.
sorry if thats too simplified dont mean to treat u like a kid or anything just dunno how much u know or dont know.
