Hey let me ask you something I make all beats on sequce1 should i be making it on like track 1 sequ1 and track 2 sequ2 and so on and should i be chaning the 4/4 too and bars too 
^ at least sum1 understood^

I would start out by making a full sequence in seq1. It might be a wise idea to spread your sounds over different tracks.
Once you've got that down, copy your sequence about 4 times to new sequences. Create intro, verse, breaks, etc, out of these new sequences by muting tracks or changing or adding tracks.
When that's done youcan go into songmode to put all the sequences together as a song.
there's no need to change the time signature.
