need help~my mpc60 pad sensors

sup,i just get my mpc60,Everything is good in my play a day.
But........
Day 2: when i hit a pad,it give me 2 or 5 pad sound.....so i open da 60,n clear da pad sensors.i hit a pad again,everything is be ok.
Day 3: it`s Happened again....so i Order a new pad sensors.
Day 4:still with problem
Day 5: WTF!!!Everything back to normal.But my new pad sensors is on da ship...

I need help...What's the problem with my mpc60, Do i need change da new pad sensors?????

The problem could be on the Board which controlls the pads.

Try reseating the connectors in this area first.

After this look if there is something looking wrong for example with the capacitors.

I dont think you need new Pad sensors.

i reseat it Over and over again,but still sometime good sometime bad,seems to be random......
I think I must check the capacitor.
Old pad sensors There are many line have been aging black,It is the reason?

Every day when I boot，PAD in response to confused....
A few hours later, it returned to normal.
The middle of a few hours, the only difference is I turned on the air conditioner
This is the only thing I find the rule......
help me,appreciate your support.

When the pads work, do they work constantly untill you shut down the machine? so it is decided if they work or not instantly after the starting the machine?

yes,most time they work constantly untill i shut down the 60.

well, to clear things up.

This is a possible situatioN:

you start the machine and everything is perfect, then you instantly restart it and the pads have problems

it seems like a boot problem if it does so.
have you tried to reseat every connector in the mpc?

no,everyday i start the machine and pads have problems.....
Shutdown da machine few Hour，better......

well i would take off the pad controller board, which is a very simple board, and then i would make every solder joint hot with a soldering iron just to make sure there is no cold solder joint, then or better before this, take a look if any of the parts looks damaged.

Is this your first MPC?

Double triggering is either a pad issue or a technique issue.

Make sure your MPC is sitting on a solid surface.

If you can isolate the double triggering to certain pads, then there is an issue with the pad sensor or the pads themselves may be damaged.

If more than one pad is randomly double triggering, then it is a technique issue.

NO,my frist MPC is 2000xl.
yes, it more than one pad is randomly double triggering.
i Replacement da pad sensor from mpcstuff,All the problems are solved.
But "play start"Button Have no effect.........maybe i must Order be new....
