Audio quantize correction

Hi, i am recording 4 bars guitar to mpc. I try to play it perfect, but it can not play perfectly quantized. Is there a way to manualy adjust the wave in a way it is perfectly sits on the bars. Thank you.

you mean try to play it perfect?

try splitting each bar of the sample into 4 new samples, trigger them individually. Or it might be easier if you can just use multiple start points,

Just training and training and training again.
Quantize is a good way to avoid learning being in the tempo.
Music is not only about a good sound it is also a question of timing.

i did like below and it helped

i realize that i hit 16 notes with the guitar during 4 bars.

i choped it first equally to 16, than adjust the points,
after i assigned it to 16 pads, than play

If you wanna record without chop, then you could put it in Overdub and adjust the BPM until its in perfect.

Also there's the Direct Record function where you can play your drum pattern on the MPC and record the guitar live. It will be a seperate sample and won't record on the sequence.
