Problem Exporting Beats

When i record mains out it comes out the other side distorted, sounding nothing like it does when i just play the project. Any ideas why this is. I feel like ive tried everything. could it be an internal problem. Im running version 1.24 if that makes any difference. PLEASE HELP ME.

Your running it to an audio interface? Check the volume on the MPC and the interface. (we need more details, like what gear you using, computer, cables, etc etc)
