I think part of the reason I love the below albums is because of where I was at the time of listening to them;

Braintax - Biro Funk
Roots Manuva - Brand New Second Hand
MF Doom - Operation Doomsday
Raekwon - Only Built For Cuban Linx

An honorable mention to the below albums;

Aspects - Correct English
People Under the Stairs - Step Father

If we were talking individual singles there'd be much more musical variety and not just Hip Hop

Not in any order... these are my 5 favorite albums that I own though. The Natalie Cole, Dee Dee Sharp, and CCR because of how you can feel the enormous energy power of soul coming out of the music which is most inspiring to me, when someone is really feeling it and giving it all of their emotion... the Deodato one is incredible like the instruments and stuff is just very impressive and sounds so awesome and I like how it builds and stuff. A lot of great samples on that one because it just keeps switching up. And the Kenny Rogers because I love the Gambler lol.
