my pads suck ass

is there a cheaper alternative to spending nearly $200 at mpcstuff for new ones? other than being a master electrician or whatever. cheers

yes you could pick up busted up mpc 2000 and use it as midi controller if you can spot one on the cheap. or pick up one of those midi controller like padkontrol or mpd series and midi it up to your 1000
