no those samples do not come with the mpc500... the youtube video says right there the title of which aphex twin song it is... all the guy in the video did was chop up parts of that aphex twin song into slices...

Is it that percussion that comes in at 20 seconds? He was able to get a bass and kick out of that?

Listen to the flipped version then listen to the original version afterwards, you should spot what he has done regarding chopping the sample. If you still unsure then repeat if necessary. He's added the kick, snare etc to the chops off the sample.
