Look for an AKAI authorized service center in your area. They should be able to help.

Sean,
If you read this can you please help, My akai service center here in australia says he can get it but not untill christmas....for some unknown reason...but i use my mpc at gigs every week and simply cant wait this long, Is this just a stsndard fader I can get from a electronic shop, Can I get the spec's of the fader or get one shipped from akai usa or japan or somthing,
At the moment I cant go into the mixer page without the selected program dropping to 0 and not being able to adjust it back up, as you can understand this is the most annoying thing, not to mention being 1 fader down on the magic of live control.
