Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

i thing i blast my scsi port with a parallel zip. now my mp freest wen i try to lode all. files.

i try a new zip drive bud i gut still the same problem.

i don't have enough cash for a new main board so i wont change the scsi port but i don´t now with one is the right.

hope sum one can halp my

parallel zip drive ??? a parallel drive will not work with the mpc2000.

are you trying to load files from the zip drive only?

actually, you should be connecting a SCSI zip drive. has the termination switch and the scsi id switch. should be set to scsi id 5 and termination should be 0. use the correct zip drive to make sure the scsi port.

do a search on this forum for scsi zip drives to learn more.

sorry my englisch is not so gut... you mean if I plug/unplugt the drive wen the mpc wars on ? no I had switched off the mpc wen i change the driver.

thr akai support told me i need a new mother board / scsi port

can i use this one ?
