I just got my MPC 1000 yesterday besides messing around with the sounds that were already in it which were all wack i am excited to get on my sampling i need to purchace a turntable now was looking for opinions on what one to buy i dont wanna spend alot but i also want something that still is good if u catch my drift so i dont need a technic 1200 what would be my best bang for my buck?? if it helps i will be sampling to strictly make hip hop beats thanks

start off with a pt-01 by numark, you dont even need a mixer for the preamp because one is built in, they would be a good beginnner turntable i would think. they are 90 bucks.

also, try not to post doubles of topics, people get kinda mad about that.

its all good, yeah i figured you probably didnt.

i have a pt-01 as well as another turntable, its great if your records arent too warped or anything, and yuo can also plug headphones into it and it takes d batteries if you want to take it digging with you.

i found two numark TT200 tables for dirt cheap on craigslist and bought them now do i necessarilly need a mixer for sampling or can i just get a pre amp and hook up to my mpc im not gonna be scratching so its strictly for sampling or will this effect my sound

you can just get a phono preamp, you dont need a mixer.

i have a tt200 and its a good deck, i think youll like it.
