Anyone copped the new infinity kit

i think Merv said he's using a synth to create his drums.

I've done it a few times in Reason, using white noise and shaping it with oscillators, envelopes, etc, until it becomes a kick, snare, hihat, etc

cant lie, ive seen the ads and had no intentions of checking these out, seems like you heard one youve heard them all plus i have a zillion drums already.. but reading the comments i downloaded the demo, and im very impressed to say the least..

Can't take credit for that, it's that sound design genius Eddie Bazil that works that particular bit of magic. I believe he's working on an article to explain how he did it all.

BTW, the Infinity Kit is now compatible with all MPCs, there's SIMULT programs for MPC3000/2000/XL/60 and 'zone' with AKPs for the 4000 (thanks to Lampdog for helping with that one)

I got it last weekend. Very happy with this kit so far.

Since I copped an MPC 3000 gonna try out the infinity kit and plus have good aresenal of drums as well.

Imma scoop it up end of the week for sure, tutor gotta stop holdn back on them goodies

Infinity is the kind of kit I wish I'd developed myself, and could keep a secret and everyone would wonder how I did my drums. It's too much fun trying new things and not having to worry about phasing.

layer drums, bass & everything pretty much. it builds up a lot of energy doing that & fills up all that empty space with sound.

Thanks everyone, this has to be the most popular sample pack we've ever put out I've got volume 2 being worked on now, so will do my best to get that out within the next couple of weeks.
