HI

Sometimes i got this issue when loading an entire project previously saved in a specific folder.

There are missed sample in some drum program (theres a question mark next to the name of the sample...), i dont know why, honestly is not a big issue but is kind of annoying cause i have to reload the specific programs a second time (after the project is loaded).

Now in this case the drum program is loaded with a chopped drum break that consist in 32 slices (pad bank A and B), also pad bank C (same drum program) got other one shot breaks assigned to the first 4 pads.

Like i said before its big problem, happened 3or 4 times in 4 years that im using os2xl...and this is the only query i had with this amazing os, just i would like to know if theres some sort of bug or i its a case of user error in saving mpc programs.

thanks!

I put that down to user error sorry. I have been on JJOSXL for a long time now and if this ever happened it was because the samples were not saved. Save all 1, save all 2 work fine. But if you forgot to save it again after changing things then this will happen. Which I have done before. If it loads second time then I would look at memory maybe. Seems like a memory error maybe

Ive found a solution, seems that jjos2xl has problem to recognize samples with .wave in the name-file...(when loading-saving)

In fact, i got an ol folder with breaks recorded from vinyls straight from my audio card in different sample and bitrate, i used to put next to the name 24.aiff or like in this case 16.wave (BB03 16.wave).

After renaming the samples BB03 16, when the project is loaded, there arent missed samples anymore in the specific mpc program previously created.

Can someone confirm this?
