Why are you shouting?? lucky I am not spelling nazi then
the question is a bit vague. So there are like a hundred answers as you are not real clear. Ok, for starters check program is in mono, if it is then this wont allow more than one sample to play at once, as it sets it to mono.
Otherwise I am guessing you have not saved the program?? If you assign a sample then it will be there, so how do you assign the samples? did you do it in program? But if you turn it off then yeah there are no samples next time you load.

If you are using 16 levels then thats totally different. It will override the program of course. If you are using 16 levels, then simply use another track, with the same program. Make sure it is not mono though
