If it's been shipped that tracking number will tell you where it is (city/state, and timestamp). If not you only have a scheduled delivery which is the same as calling an item shipped because you issued a label-like with ebay sellers.

What does the tracking info say?

Last time I preordered from MF, they shipped the free kit before they sent me my keyboard. And that came 2 weeks after. Just saying.

This was a successful thread. looks like it hyped guys up on unshipped Rens and started speculation as intended.
I spoke to my usual rep at MF and he has the Sept. 8 as the only date he can see. Mind you that's just over a week from now.

My tracking info states Kansas city 8/29/12 8:01pm delivery date 9/4/12. I chose standard shipping. It would be delivered Monday but it's a holiday.

Mophee did you per-order it? Per-orders get shipped first. For those who don't believe you"ll just have to wait to we start posting videos and pics.

here in the Netherlands they say it's gonna be December
until they recieve the Ren because of problems fabricating it

there's two possibilities I can think of, stores tracking system didnt get updated in time and listed units as shipped...but then some claim they track their package in different cities, so maybe it did ship ? or you Rens got swapped out for BeatKangz

Real proof would be to give up that tracking #, let us all track it.

It's very possible these have shipped, although I cant be sure. GC has huge buying power and did secure the first units out, despite what companies may have actually placed orders first. I understand and respect Akai's decision to supply GC first as you must cater to your best/largest customer. Unfortunately they are VERY VERY VERY limited in this first group that may be going out and I have no clue how they plan to distribute them. I am NOT saying if you bought from GC yours is on the way or coming anytime soon, but I am saying its possible based on my knowledge of the situation.

I do know we have some REN pre-orders still available but ours will not be in until after this small original GC release, but will definitely be the next batch.

No offense but a tracking # isnt going to tell you the address or where a UPS driver is going to be at a certain time or even area for that matter. If someone is going to rob a UPS driver they may want to go for a bigger score than a $1200 MPC.

If I just gave the tracking number it would not show what's being delivered. So to prove it I would have to show email with the shipping info and tracking info which has my adress.
