Not sure what I will do later, but in the beginning I may be using the Ren stand alone. I'm thinking about using other virtual synths, and virtual effects from within the Ren. Then I may export to a stereo mix and master that in Logic.

I'm sure my appraoch will change depending on my experiences and curiosities. I don't know anything for sure yet becuase I still don't have $1300, or even $600, to buy it.

But weren't we told to just pretend the computer isn't there, or be extra hardcore and turn off the monitor...

Couldn't resist one last bit of fun with this Summer of Ren Hype/Un-Hype.

I do hope it delivers for you guys who are getting it. I still think the price is insane though. If I was copping one Ableton seems a perfect match.

I'll still stick with Vegas and more recently and frequently on Reaper.

Just why curious why that's not a option for you. What is based on your envrionment or on a specific issue you have with the Software? I also plan to use the Akai DAW for the majority of my track creation (not voacals).
