I had one for a short while.

While playing, it had a tendency to stutter and lose timing completely whenever I changed fx settings.

once you get your tracks down the sequencer plays str8. it only slows down when your changing something when the track is playing. I have the red one.

I had the ASR X Pro for a few months and never any timing problems with it. I just didn't like the ecth-a-sketch interface.

There are only timing glitches if using an external sequencer....It gets confused if you are trying to give it more data while it's playing a sequence. Triggereing sounds from an MPC and this is no issue.

It has a different sampling engine than the ASR-10. Different Architecture.....the FX however, are the same.
