So far I am truly impressed with AKAI's MPC Renaissance! It has exceeded my expectations. Thank you AKAI for continuing to manufacture top grade professional equipment!

Been telling people that Akai did a good job building the hardware.

I have had the luxury of owning the renaissance for three days now and I must agree I am impressed. I own a mpc 2000 and a 2500 and been using the Mpc for many years now. I think Akai step up to the plate with this one although there is certainly room for improvements via software updates. I know I have not touched on all the new features yet but as for the build and sound quality I am very satisfied.

I have used AKAI's MPC for over ten years. I began with the MPC 2000 and later graduated to the MPC 4000. I am a novice on the current line, but they are quickly becoming very comfortable.

Please do not think of me as "suspect" or a "troll" as some have unfairly critiqued. I am merely attempting to join this wonderful forum and share information about AKAI's MPC Renaissance.

Welcome to the forums and everyone should and will treat new members equally and respectfully. It was his own money that he spend and if he is happy with his purchase the same way you, I and the rest are with our purchases of previous mpcs we should respect that.

WTF! Only new members get love?

I personally welcome all new forum members. I am happy as hell I can finally discuss the MPC Ren with like-minded (and not so like-minded) individuals.

Thanks! I never got treated so poorly on a forum. Glad to know there are kind fellows like Blue Haze willing to extend their hands to new participants like myself. I'm a wonderful freakin' guy! LOL!
