The specs look right but I've never seen that brand, and 20 euros seems expensive. Last person in Europe I spoke to sourcing RAM found one for 10GBP.
I don't see a clock latency number on the sticker. It is usually listed as CL with a number, CL2, CL3... CL3 is what you want for the 1000. If it's not listed it's a gamble, I had even well known sticks like Kingston not work when all specs matched but CL was not listed and I would assume was not CL3.
