so i was messing with the 5k at guitar center today for a minute, and i loaded up a kit, then put a kick on track 1, snare on track to.

when playing it in, i put the snare on the wrong beat, so i went to grid edit, and wanted to delete it. so i tried holding the delete button (f button) and scrolling with the data wheel (like in jjos2xl) to try and delete all my notes on pad 3 by highlighting them all at once, but the only thing i could get to work was highlighting all the pads at once and deleting them that way.

can i delete a pad and scroll over to highlight every other event on that pad without deleting the other pads like you can with jjos?

thanks.

I think that is a bug... It happens to me and the only way I can get it to work correctly is to save what I am working on and reboot the machine. Try that next time. I hope that it helps!

ah ok, i will try that next time im at gc, so after you save your project, then open it back up again, you can scroll left or right and it will only highlght the pad you have selected with the cursor correct? what button did you hold when spinning the jog wheel left or right?
