How do I Midi...

I want to make a beat for the first time with a weak Midi keyboard.

How do I MIDI to the Mpc with the keyboard without recording the sounds into the MPC from the sampler.

I know there is away to play something on the keyboard and then press PLAY-Start on the MPC and it will play the sounds from the keyboard.

keyboard midi in -> mpc midi out

I need 2 midi connect cables.

I think this keyboard only has an in.

Beautiful. I got a Yamaha but it ain't a Motif yet.

I got to make some Keyboard beats to sell to some local people that I can't sell samples to cause my sample shit is too good for them.

It is old my sister used it to practice her Keyboard lessons. It a Yahama that cost like $350 dollars.

I had an old Boss Drum Machine with only a MIDI in, You will only be able to trigger the keyboard Sounds with the MPC.
You need MIDI out for the Keyboard to trigger the MPC.
