Set-up help

Here's my problem. I have a good bit of equipment and I cant find an efficient way to use it all together without at some point re-routing things.
Can someone help me out here. I have a home studio and a regular studio.

Home - motu express 8 in/out
Roland R5 synth
MPC2KXL
emu1
planet phat
Reason 2.5
Logic/Cubase (PC)
here I want to seuqence in MPC and record into Logic


Studio - MPC1k
- Triton Le
- emu 2500
- Roland JV880
- Reason 2.5
- Logic /Cubase (PC)

You should be able to run everything throught the motu midi interface. The issue is probably with Cubase/Logic. But I don't think you need any more gear to make it work. (Though patchbays rock and make some things easier.)
