WAV. to MPC snd. & ASR-10 instrument files.. Please Help!

I like editing and chopping on my computer. But is there a software that I can convert WAV files to MPC snd. files and/or ASR-10 instrument files. I kno there's Chickensys' Translator and Awave... but is there a free one that I can get to do this. Cause it seems like the freeware that the two I just mentioned doesn't do it, unless you buy the Fullware copy. Let me kno yall.

Try EPS disk. EPS and ASR use mostly the same files.
I used it before, it's a small pain to go through but ask
yourself how bad do you want it.

Which MPC? There are only a couple models that do not read WAV and I suspect you likely have one that does read WAV.
