Installing new OS

Yo, I know this may be silly. But, I haven't loaded up a new version of a OS in long time, I forgot how to do it. Can a brother get a little help?

Also, looking for a good site selling deep, rich, quality, funky ass drums hits, noises and sounds. Got about 250.00 U.S. dollars to spend.
Any website suggestions.

download the os. it'll probably be a .zip file.

if so, unzip it ONTO a floppy disk or where ever your mpc reads the os from.

that should work fine.
