Those oscillators sounds **** great! Sounds analog to me, but if not then it's almost more impressive. Very fat sounding, and always a fan of elektron. Thanks for posting this.

all i know is elektron makes pretty awesome hardware and have a tendency to push things forward in their own way. so this is cool.

personally, im not into actual analog enough to justify the price i can imagine this thing is going to be, but i think it is awesome they are obviously still hard at work.

Yeah same, I probably wouldn't buy it. But Ive always has a desire to have a machine drum, that thing is a beast.

this is a promo for their new 4 voice analog synth.
the record was just a teaser, a promo, a joke.

the record looks to be playing normally - it looks like they made a demo track, cut the grooves into a rectangular medium, then played that back.

really though - parameter locked analog? that's been fairly restricted to modular territory and still probably unweildy until this. of course im speculating but the p-locks are what really make elektron gear, cant see how theyd go without them, so we shoud have some nice new sounds on the horizon.

believe the rumor is going around that its DCO with analog filters. hell, an esq soungs great so why not?

That was one of the most interesting promos I've ever seen for an audio product. It was actually a pretty damned good short film, to me, in and of it self.

I'm looking forward to seeing what all the actual synth will entail though.
