MIDI CC param pickup mode

For example in track mixer mode when you move Q-Link slider the value doesn't change before the value of the slider matches the one on screen. This doesn't seem to be the case when using a MIDI controller.

Is this a bug, feature or something I've missed here?

one other thing I need to confirm here is that does jjos dump midi cc values when loading project. Then everything would be set from the get-go.
