need some help hooking up my mpc1000....

wasup,im wonderin if i can hookup my mpc1000 to my lil shelf system and have my turntables feed into the mpc without any problems?im not sure what size wires i need also. im tryin to avoid the computer route (atleast until i get more doe flow) so any tips or suggestions would def help me out.

MPC1k main out to aux/line in rcvr.
TT to mixer/preamp then to MPC1k line in.
Radio Shack is a good place to start to find
all the cables and adapters you will need/use.
