Welcome to the forums. I think your English isn't coming across - are you looking for web sites that have rips of vinyl breaks? If so, try a google search for 'All The Breaks - The 300 Most Essential Drum Breaks of All Time'. I'm sure others can offer other options.

That is a great idea Real big Jay.
A website that sells wav files of millions of samples from vinyl with the copyright already cleared, thus added to the cost of the download and sold with a license to that purchaser. Keep a database of the artists who bought the sample.
Do package deals where you get access to a an entire labels collection for $300. Or an individual sample for US$0.25. Those quarters add up quick.
The DJ that cut the sample out should get a percentage, the website gets a percentage, record label, and the creator of the original material gets a percentage. Find a way to keep it under US$0.50 and you may be sitting on a gold mine.
I would imagine the Amen Break, or James Brown cuts would make at least $200,000 in a year.
Cheers,
Ian
