That was the raffle prize at the SP1200 book launch party. I think tickets came with the book or something like that. I wont be giving away an MPC60 that's for sure, not unless its sponsored by someone else.

I've been wanting an SP1200 for stupid years. My current mission is to get enough things (other music gear) sold on eBay to finally fund a European SP1200 purchase. Problem is, they come up rarely over here and I want to pay a fair price.

SP is worth every cent. Dope machine. I'm lovin those vids @clint! Leave the SP out and BYOD (bring your own disk). Dope concept.

Found one for sale recently in the UK for £1000, but anything up to £1500 is needed. I didn't buy it, seller said some guy was supposedly coming from Sweden to pick it up, but he'll let me know if that falls through.

My thoughts? At least keep the damn SP1200 in the UK if someones willing to pay your full asking price, think of the community. Whatever happened to the first come, first served sales philosophy? (shakes head in utter disbelief)

There's a black re-issue SP1200 for $1600 buy it now on US ebay at the moment. No serial to check the filter chip though.
