http://www.jzip.com/

Jzip is freeware.

Pay attention when installing as the advertisement banner shit may install if you just whiz through and click yes yes next continue finish.

I've used it for years and it's not virus stuff at all.

I second that!

I have heard of Zip drives and even Jaz drives but I never can find a Rar drive! :P (just messing around)

Really though thanks for the links...the hard drive on my computer died recently and I am rebuilding a stockpile of samples. I was pissed when I needed a program to open compressed files and saw you have to pay $30 for winZip; and I haven't even tried to open any .rar files yet.

I was going to take some time this weekend to find some programs to open some of the stuff I actually had backed up on disc, but now got more time for more important shit.

On another note, there was a download of lots of classic 90's hip hop accapellas someone posted a ways back on here that I had downloaded on my old hard drive that I really really would love to find again if any one has it or remembers where it was posted.

I have searched and searched but can't find it.
