Still not sending midi data to midi tracks when the mpc ren is in plugin mode.....

Here you can see that intermittently, when I set a slice marker with the mouse, then press the pad, the sample plays from that marker point but the slice marker jumps to some random location. 10.8.2 MBP 2.4 i5 8GB

Also, the Samples/Ticks timeline in the sample editor is NO WHERE NEAR accurate. If I want to quickly jump to a specific point on the waveform timeline, say 51200 samples, I'll key it in on the hardware, and when I press enter, the marker is no where near where the waveform timeline shows 51200 to be. And you can see that if I move the marker with the mouse to where the waveform timeline shows 51200, the actual End field in the software and hardware is reporting around 747484 samples. The only way to fix it is to grab the mouse and move the zoom slider and let the timeline numbers attempt to reset. WTF?!

Happens to me since 1.0. Using MPC as a plugin with Cubase as external Mixer.

Are you holding down the button on your mouse while simultaneously pressing a pad?

Hi guys

I have a couple of bugs on the q-link Fx setting.
On the EFFECT tabs i can't see all the effects i load to track or pad, i just see the first effect that i load (for example Phaser) and the mpc use the same name for the other effects.

Like this EFFECT: none
Phaser1 track1 insert1
Phaser1 track1 insert1 (working like delay for example)
Phaser1 track1 insert1 (and so)

I also get problem using waves9 plugin. If i use a lot of them the mpc software begin laggy and maybe crash.
I can't set the filter in the q-link fx section for the Oneknob filter (my favorite ;

No. I'm using the track pad on my MBP. No mouse clicking. Just moving the marker with 3 fingers and letting it go, then pressing the pad.

Pressing the pads while a plugin window is open causes the plugin window to close. Sucks when you're trying to find an instrument to use as you have to keep pressing Edit to bring the GUI back up. This is happening on W7 SP1 x64 2.5 Q8300 4GB Ram.

where the bug list from 1.0? You guys put 1.1 back up but that thread is only like 7 pages, the 1.0 bug thread was like 40 pages long. As far as I can remember that was the biggest archive of Ren bugs on the site and 98 percent of those bugs were never even addressed and it was taken down. What the hell retarded

When I chop using threshold the software doesnt seem to be picking up transients correctly. Since we can't add/remove slices I pretty much cant sample now, making the Ren usless. Can't even use it. **** heated at Akai.

When I use to the q-link, for example, to change the tune of a program, it will say +3 but if you use your ears it's actually +2, and you have to touch the top of the qlink for it to read out the correct increment.

When I load a project all the sends automatically default to 100, ok now bug 2, even though they are at 100 you still cant hear the effect coming through.

Note repeat only work on the main screen

If u press shift and Note repeat at same time it doesnt lock into note repeat. If u press Note repeat, hold and then press shift it still wont lock into note repeat.

The only way to lock into note repeat is go to the main screen, and then by pressing shift, hold and then press note repeat in that exact order.
