Count in glitch

Anyone ever experience a glitch with the count in? Once Ina blue moon I turn on my machine and the count in glitches, where it lags for half a second when going from the initial count in to the click track over the sequence. If I reboot my machine it's gone... Has happend about twice since I got my machine in july. I'm not really concerned about it, but just wanted to see if this ghost is in all machines.... Or just mine

I've never experienced this with mine.

I dont use the count in function but I once tried to analyze inaccuracy in timing and the most looseness is in sequencemode at the end of the sequence when it gets looped. There is a lag in it but this doesnt happen when the sequence is looped in songmode or when you change the sequence while play. To be honest, I didn't analyzed it in detail but thats what it seem to be.
